A reasonable base for celebrating birthday. Fairly friendly, polite staff towards all guests. Huge & beautifully decorated rooms with a very comfy bed as well as the bedroom. A wide range of great food. Location so close to the restaurant, and eateries. Also, in conservatory area. Honestly no reason to complain.

Had a good meal with a perfectly cooked Porterhouse steak and friendly staff service. The big, comfy room added to the charm!
Could hear blaring music from the pub and banging doors all night. Plus, the shower leaked and cleanliness could be better.

central stay near beautiful parks and historical landmarks
I loved how beautifully decorated the room was, and the location made it easy to explore fine attractions like mount grace priory, just under 6 km away. Whorlton castle just 3.5 km from the hotel. Definitely a gem for a leisure trip with its charming rooms and peaceful atmosphere, but the noise from the pub music was a bit disruptive at times.

Couple's getaway, surely satisfying
On arrival, we were greeted by staff who were very friendly. The room was clean and nicely decorated, especially the lovely bath inside, even if some bubble bath would have made it perfect for a relaxing soak. And let me tell you, the breakfast hits the spot. 10 Stars to the chef for that.
It wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for, so still acceptable.

The room was beautifully decorated and very clean, providing a peaceful atmosphere. Although the bed could have been more comfortable, and there was some mold on the shower head, the delicious breakfast made up for it. I appreciated the lovely deep bath as well.

Just a well-suited match for a hurried visit in Potto with excellent value for money. The steak cooked to perfection was a highlight of our meal. A light sleeper might want to request a quieter room away from entry doors.
